1. Trade Theory & Practical

First Year:

Safety & Environment: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), basic first aid, fire safety, and industrial hazards.
Hand Tools & Measuring Instruments: Hammers, hacksaws, chisels, files, vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Marking & Operations: Marking media, surface plates, and V-blocks.
Fitting & Machining Basics: Filing, drilling, reaming, tapping, and die threading.
Sheet Metal Work: Soldering, riveting, and sheet metal joints.

Second Year:

Limits, Fits & Tolerances: Gauges and interchangeability.
Machine Tools: Advanced lathe machine operations, turning, and grinding operations.
Hydraulics & Pneumatics: Symbols, actuators, valves, and compressors.
Pipe Fitting: Standard pipe accessories, threads, and joints.
Assembly & Maintenance: Preventive maintenance, bearings, and power transmissions
